Skills and Competencies
A minimum of 15 years’ post graduate experience at a senior level. preferably including experience in the Gulf region and having worked on the client side
A demonstrated successful track record of leading the project controls function of a large organisation involved with the design and construction of real estate projects
Current and detailed knowledge of various scheduling, cost, collaboration and other IT applications relevant to project controls, including MS Word, Excel. Access, Project, and Primavera P6
A successful track record of developing good relationships and networks within a large organisation and with external agencies
Able to represent the client with internal departments and external organisations in a professional and authoritative manner
Must have excellent skills in preparing reports, drafting letters, and making presentations to senior management and senior representatives of stakeholder organisations
Mandatory requirements
University degree from a recognised university in a relevant field, this may include but is not limited to: engineering, project management, program management
Must have excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken; and Driver's Licence
Desirable requirements
Master’s degree or higher qualification related to project controls
Be professionally qualified as PMP or equivalent
