This is a Senior Program Analyst position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Operational Procedures and Training (OPT) process, reporting to the Intra-Departmental Program Administrator. It is a highly responsible position that will serve as Process Owner and Project Lead for Procedures and Training initiatives, coordinate project activities, act as editor supporting the procedures and training teams’ publications, and manage the process’ operational plan and reports. Duties also include providing independent and complex consultative functions, researching, and recommending methods of implementing changes and improving processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two years of experience leading teams and managing projects.
  • Two years of experience researching and analyzing information and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Three years of experience writing technical documents, procedures, training, or other instructional material in a work environment.
  • Three years of experience proofreading, editing, and providing quality assurance of other’s written material in a work environment.
  • Two years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports.

PREFERENCES:

  • Two years of experience teaching, instructing or coaching others.
  • One year of project management experience or project management certification.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • An alternative screening criteria will be used to determine which applicants will be invited to interview.
  • A work sample will be administered immediately after the interview.
  • This position is not telework eligible.

SALARY: $57,457.56 - $77,169.84.
