The Senior Project Engineer must be a competent manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within the budget provided. The Senior Project Engineer has the obligation to actively participate in bringing work into the firm while actively directing complex projects. The Senior Project Engineer makes recommendations regarding personnel assignments.
