Job Description

Bring your passion and experience to a national interdisciplinary, award-winning design firm and collaborate with industry thought leaders in design, sustainability, and architectural innovation. If you’re a licensed CA architect looking to lead complex projects in the Southern California region, this may be the perfect role for you.

Through curiosity, tenacity, creativity, and unique insights, you can make an impact every day—on colleagues, clients, and those who inhabit the spaces created. The firm is committed to meeting clients’ sustainability goals and challenging the industry by developing expertise and research to push beyond net zero energy to net positive energy; from a neutral effect on health, safety, and resources to a positive one. As the need and desire for sustainable environments grow, so does the focus on high-performance buildings with sound data that can be shared with clients and design teams.

This architectural studio is team-oriented and employee-friendly, integrating social activities into the office culture. The firm offers challenges, recognition, and personal visibility, with opportunities to be part of great projects.

The firm has 12 offices all around the nation focusing on healthcare, arts and culture, community, corporate, education, and government projects.
