About the role

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Administrator to support a major decommissioning project, based in our Southbank office in Melbourne.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting project delivery through advanced administration, financial coordination, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with project leadership to ensure efficient and effective operations across a complex, large-scale program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project administration activities to support efficient delivery
  • Support cost control, forecasting and financial tracking, including accruals and reporting
  • Manage purchase orders, attend to client invoicing and support goods receipting processes
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting cycles, and WIP management
  • Build strong relationships with project stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective coordination

About you

  • Substantial experience in a project administration or contract administration role
  • Strong understanding of project financial processes and cost tracking
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communicator with the ability to partner across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office systems
