?? WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive the complete billing cycle for multi-million dollar construction projects
• Lead collections strategy and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage subcontractor payments and compliance requirements for complex projects
• Partner with Project Managers to optimize project financial performance
• Oversee critical compliance tracking for government contracts, including Caltrans reporting
• Maintain the integrity of our financial systems (Sage 300, HCSS)

?? IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Brings 4+ years of accounting/finance experience or relevant degree
• Thrives in a fast-paced construction environment
• Experience with Timberline/Sage300 and HCSS (major plus!)
• Strong understanding of construction billing cycles and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
