Job Description

Basic Functions
  • Skilled and motivated .NET and SQL Application Support professional to join our Production Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining .NET-based applications and SQL databases in a production environment. You will work closely with development teams, end-users to ensure the smooth operation and availability of business-critical applications
  • Application Support

    Monitor, maintain, and support .NET applications in a production environment.

    Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.

    Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and new releases.

  • SQL Database Management:

Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring data integrity and availability.

Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions as needed.

  • Incident Management:
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and work to create timely solutions and resolutions, to validate, verify, communicate, and resolve application issues.
  • Provide support to end-users by addressing application-related queries and issues
  • Conduct user training sessions as needed to improve user proficiency with the applications.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks to improve application efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in .NET and SQL development and support.

Respond to and manage production incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Document and track incidents, resolutions, and root cause analysis.

Work with cross-functional teams to implement preventive measures and reduce future incidents.

Essential Functions

Primary Internal Interactions
  • Share / spread knowledge with team members as well as internal.
  • Pro-active in maintaining and increasing the teams and your own technical knowledge.
Primary External Interactions
  • Communicate with onshore stakeholders & Executive Team Members.
  • Client and stake holder Interactions to better understand expectations & streamline solutions. If required should be a bridge between the stake holder and the development team.

Required Skills – Full Stack Technologist with extensive knowledge on web-based architecture, Microservice & distributed solution

NET Framework, .Net Core 6.0+,MVC 5, C#, ASP.NET, WEB API, React, Redux, JSON, jQuery, ORMs(Entity Framework/ NHibernate), Messaging & Streaming Broker, Microsoft SQL Server 2016+.

 Experience in Azure Env, Data Bricks, Support Services.

 Expertise in US Healthcare Insurance.

Delivery Domain

Business Domain - US Healthcare Insurance & Payer Analytics

• Demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining high-volume transactional systems

General Shift – 12 AM to 9 PM

Will be required to extend as per project release needs

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer or related field.
