Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for taught postgraduate programmes, including admission, registration, examination and promotional activities
• Support quality assurance and enhancement processes of academic programmes
• Write reports and provide secretarial support to programme committees and meetings
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and organise experiential learning activities, including study trips
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Person-in-Charge or her delegates
• Work outside normal office hours and/or outside Hong Kong, China occasionally
Requirements
• A recognised degree with solid experience in academic programme administration or related higher education administrative work
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Cantonese and Putonghua is required
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
The commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
