What will you do?
As a Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager, youare responsible forthe planning,executionand optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple markets.You translate clientobjectivesinto effective programmatic strategies and ensure campaigns run smoothly from setup to reporting. You work closely with internal teams, localmarketsand platform partners to deliver campaigns that meet performance goals and businessobjectivesBeyond campaign execution, you helpidentifyopportunities to improve campaign performance, test newsolutionsand strengthen programmatic capabilities within the team.You will also act as a senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders, helping to translate campaign performance into clear insights and recommendations.
Key responsibilities
Programmatic strategy and activation
• Support the development of programmatic strategies aligned with client goals;
• Translate media plans into effective programmatic campaign setups;
• Work with multiple markets to ensure campaigns are implemented consistently.
Campaign management
• Set up and manage campaigns across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP;
• Manage targeting, bidding strategies,creativesand placements;
•Monitorperformance and continuouslyoptimizecampaigns.
Data analysis and reporting
•Analysecampaign performance andidentifyoptimization opportunities;
• Create clear performance reports and recommendations for clients and internal teams;
• Run testing frameworks such as A/B testing to improve results.
Client and stakeholder collaboration
• Present campaign performance and insights to clients and internal stakeholders;
• Work closely with analytics,strategyand creative teams;
• Support markets with programmaticexpertisewhen needed.
Innovation and testing
• Contribute to test and learn initiatives across the region;
• Explore new formats, targeting approaches and platform capabilities;
• Share learnings and best practices within the team.
What are we looking for?
• 4+ years of experience working with programmatic buying platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk or Amazon DSP;
• Strong understanding of the digital media and programmatic ecosystem;
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets or complex client environments;
• Ability toanalyseperformance data and translate insights into actions;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience presenting campaign results to clients or senior stakeholders;
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously;
• A proactive mindset and interest in digital media innovation.
