Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leads the implementation of the quality management system and coordinates regular process reviews across multi-functional departments.
Validate audit findings and authorize corrective action plans to maintain enterprise-wide compliance.
Monitor high-value performance indicators and lead internal teams in achieving organizational quality goals.
Executes strategic quality oversight for logistics and sustainment deliverables intended for theater mission partners.
Validate the accuracy of complex technical reports and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with the theater campaign plan.
Coordinate with task leads to proactively identify and resolve programmatic quality issues before they impact mission readiness in the Indo-Pacific.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of position relevant experience.
Experience in formal quality oversight and acting as a functional lead for process improvement deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100 standards in a DoD environment.
Clearance Requirement:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
