Senior Program manager

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a multifunctional business development team focused on developing innovative products and energy data solutions. You will define and execute strategic roadmaps, coordinate stakeholders, and drive the delivery of business and IT initiatives that support digital transformation and sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary business development team.
• 
  Develop and manage product and IT/data roadmaps, including priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• 
  Define and implement new services and optimize existing offerings based on energy data insights.
• 
  Manage stakeholders across business, finance, marketing, and technical teams.
• 
  Drive program execution, monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.
• 
  Apply change and interim management practices to support organizational transformation.
• 
  Ensure effective collaboration while maintaining a strong focus on customer value and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, product development, or infrastructure/development projects.
• 
  At least 5 years of experience leading complex programs.
• 
  Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• 
  Strong stakeholder management, strategic planning, and roadmap development skills.
• 
  Experience with program and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, MSP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or similar).
• 
  Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2).

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Experience in the energy sector.
• 
  Experience working within a government or public sector environment.
• 
  Background in change or interim management.
• 
  Knowledge of ITIL and project governance best practices.

Work Arrangement
