Within Lease Central Planning, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager in Strategic planning to help enable data-driven demand and supply planning decisions across a complex and fast-growing lease portfolio. This role will combine business program management, analytical rigor, and stakeholder communication to transform demand signals, supply data, portfolio metrics, and business context into trusted insights and decision-ready recommendations.
The successful candidate is a program manager and analytical problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex business questions, and communicates clearly with cross-functional stakeholders. You will partner across planning, finance, site acquisition, lease delivery, engineering, and regional teams to build scalable reporting mechanisms, identify risks and opportunities, and present insights that support timely business decisions.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
