About the Role
The Senior Program Manager, SIOP Strategy will lead the optimization and implementation of the global Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process within our organization. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, in-depth understanding of SIOP, strategic vision, and excellent project management skills. The goal is to enhance collaboration between the different business units and operations to ensure alignment and execution against company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
SIOP Strategy: Develop the long term vision for the SIOP operating model across the three dimensions (people, process and technology).
Implementation roadmap Create a roadmap with milestones highlighting potential risks, opportunities and impact to the business.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SIOP leadership to ensure alignment of business goals. Collaborate with the different segments to understand business nuances.
Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of SIOP projects. This includes creating project plans, tracking progress, and addressing any roadblocks.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for SIOP within the organization and provide regular updates to senior management.
Executive updates: Directs the planning and preparation of business presentations, and makes recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
5 + years of experience in a SIOP or Supply Chain Strategy role
5 + years of experience in program management or project management using agile and /or program project methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Masters degree in Business
Certification such as PMP
Experience influencing and speaking/presenting to Executive and Senior Leadership
Adept user of Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word, Visio
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate ideas in a concise manner
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to effectively prioritize, stay organized and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
