Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Senior Program Manager with strong analytical and planning abilities and preferred experience in Operations/ Logistics. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations, as well as excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This person will work with cross-functional and cross-country teams spanning Operations, Finance, Engineer, WHS, ACES, and Tech to set up and maintain operational configurations while driving improvements in existing fulfillment processes. The role will be directly responsible for senior leadership reviews and will play a key role in deploying structural projects that support the operation through adjustment and improvement initiatives, delivering measurable benefits in quality, speed, and cost.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and delivery speed across the network;
- Deploy structural projects end-to-end, supporting the operations team with improvement and adjustment initiatives focused on quality, speed, and cost benefits;
- Transportation system configurations;
- Fulfillment center operations enhancement;
- New technology platforms and tools deployment;
- Performance dashboard development;
- Manage project lifecycle from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify requirements, track milestones, and deliver measurable results.

Basic Qualifications


- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in Portuguese & English
- Experience in program or project management

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience in driving process and tool improvements
