A fantastic opportunity has presented itself fora Senior Program Manager Network Resilience reportingto ExecutiveManager, Portfolio Governance and Delivery. 

A bit about your role
As the Senior Program Manager Network Resilience, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of governance frameworks that support the resilience and performance ofnbn’snetwork facilities. You will ensure that critical infrastructure acrossnbnnetwork sites and third-party facilities, including exchanges, datacentres, and field depots,remainscompliant, reliable, and aligned with operational and strategic priorities.

You will bring clarity and direction to a complex environment by shaping service delivery strategies, overseeing operational performance, and embedding consistent governance across internal teams and external partners. Acting as a trusted connector, you will cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and managed service providers to ensure alignment on standards, performance expectations, and resilience outcomes.

Through a thoughtful and forward-looking approach, you will guide continuous improvement initiatives, uplift service capability, and deliver meaningful outcomes that safeguard both network resilience and workplace standards. Your leadership will nurture an empowered and high-performing team culture, where accountability, curiosity, and care for impact are at the heart of delivery.

A bit about you
You are a strategic and empathetic leader with deep experience in telecommunications, network operations, or critical infrastructure environments, and a passion for creating resilient, future-ready systems. You bring a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, and an ability to design and embed them in ways that are both practical and enduring.

With your collaborative mindset, you naturally build trust across diverse teams and partners, creating space for shared problem-solving and continuous improvement. You areconfidentnavigating complexity and balancing operational demands with long-term strategic intent, whileremaininggrounded in outcomes that matter most.
