The site in Visp, Switzerland is growing and we are currently looking for (Senior) Program Managers for our Microbial BU In this role, you will be the Key interface between Sales and Operations in order to deliver and execute customer contracts. You are an advisor along the whole life cycle and will propose the optimal package to successfully deliver the drug to the patients together with the project team.

What you will do:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of complex programs from contract signature to delivery
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers and advocate for their needs on-site
  • Manage cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment
  • Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to manage risks and resolve issues
  • Support scope changes and amendments in collaboration with Sales and Proposals teams
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster growth and collaboration

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biotechnology, biology, or a related field; PhD preferred
  • Proven multi-year experience in project or program management, ideally in pharma or CDMO environments
  • Strong understanding of microbial drug substance manufacturing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
