About Bodwé Group Companies
Bodwé is the Professional Services Group of Mno-Bmadsen, the investment enterprise and a wholly owned instrumentality of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi. We are architects, planners, consultants, designers, engineers, scientists, and federal contractors, committed to growing the economy and legacy of the Pokagon Band and supporting its more than 6,000 citizens. We provide value by integrating expertise across the natural and built environment lifecycle—from pre-development and planning to design, procurement, construction, and operations. By integrating expertise across architecture, engineering, construction, and facility management, we deliver holistic, end-to-end solutions that drive efficiency and deliver distinctive outcomes.
The Senior Program Manager, IO&T owns the delivery of installation, outfitting and transition (IO&T) programs across Bodwé's federal healthcare and facilities portfolio. This is an ownership role, not a support role: the incumbent is accountable for program performance, client outcomes, staffing execution and the development of the project managers and specialists assigned to the portfolio.
In addition to program ownership, the Senior Program Manager carries the capture pen for Defense Health Agency (DHA) and related federal health pursuits — approximately 20–30% of the role — partnering with the Growth team on opportunity identification, capture planning, teaming and proposal development in the markets they know best.

We design, we build, we create, we problem solve, we preserve, and we enhance human space, place, and quality of life, working as individual teams and as a collective Bodwé Group. The Bodewéwadmik people, or Potawatomi, have long been identified as the keepers of the fire. Our name, Bodwé, means to light a fire for him/her; to meaningfully serve another. As a group of talented architecture, engineering, and consulting professionals working alongside many diverse clients, the name Bodwé suits us perfectly. You will find Indigenous tradition woven into our brands and identities, and more importantly, our values and ways of working.
