Are you ready to join a fast paced, dynamic, critically important function to create new opportunities in unchartered territory?

Join our team

The Go to market (GTM) Governance team within Falcon Community & Customer Growth is a brand new, fast-paced, high-performing team critical to enabling collaborative, agile go-to-market execution. As a trusted advisor, governance expert, process designer, and change agent, you'll partner with leadership to shape business direction while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on tactical work. You'll be at the heart of ensuring GTM alignment and rigor, directly impacting our ability to deliver cohesive, hyperlocal execution across multiple communities.

What we'll accomplish together

As a Governance champion, you'll design and evolve governance processes that facilitate cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment. This is your opportunity to influence business strategy, organizational design, and drive organizational effectiveness—mastering the art of stakeholder collaboration. With your critical thinking mindset and ability to influence, you'll continually seek opportunities to enhance our business and deliver better outcomes for customers and team members.

Here's the impact you'll make

  • GTM Governance Design & Evolution — Design and adapt governance processes that enable collaborative, agile GTM approaches
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Facilitation — Unite marketing, sales, enablement, partners, and community leaders to drive decisions and alignment
  • Reporting & Forecasting — Deliver GTM readiness reports and governance metrics that inform leadership decisions
  • Process Adherence & Operational Rigor — Implement governance frameworks and ensure accountability through systematic execution
  • Executive Leadership Exposure — Collaborate with managers, directors, and VPs, providing insights on GTM readiness and governance outcomes
  • Clear Messaging & Communication — Distill complex priorities into compelling narratives and clear action plans

Qualifications

What you bring

  • 5+ years of program management and/or organizational change experience
  • Proven ability to build relationships, navigate competing priorities, and deliver results
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities with excellent organizational thinking
  • Cross-functional collaboration expertise with a track record of driving decisions and change
  • Comfort in highly dynamic, high-performance environments
  • Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop value-creation strategies
  • Clear, compelling communication skills that translate complex business dynamics for executives
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to drive efficiency and performance
  • Systemic approach to governance, problem-solving, and turning insights into action
  • Deep understanding of hyperlocal execution and community engagement
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Required travel 20-30% of the time to engage with communities, leadership teams, and key stakeholders across regions
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and lead across bilingual communities

Great-to-haves

  • Previous experience leading GTM and/or large-scale transformational projects
  • Graduate level degree (MSc or MBA)
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Proficiency with project management software, data analysis tools, or AI solutions

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
