This role is focused on driving enterprise-wide change across complex transformation programs, ensuring organizations can successfully adopt, scale, and sustain multiple concurrent initiatives. You will operate at a portfolio level, shaping how change is identified, measured, and embedded into planning and delivery processes across cross-functional teams. The position requires strong influence across leadership, product, engineering, and program management functions, particularly in fast-moving and ambiguous environments. You will design scalable frameworks that improve visibility into organizational readiness, cumulative change impact, and adoption risk. Acting as both a strategist and hands-on operator, you will enable teams to execute change more effectively while strengthening alignment across the enterprise. Accountabilities
In this role, you will lead enterprise change management strategy and execution across multiple large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment, adoption, and measurable organizational readiness across the portfolio. You will design scalable systems and frameworks that help teams understand, plan, and manage cumulative change impacts.
- Lead enterprise-level change management initiatives across cross-functional transformation programs and portfolios
- Define and operationalize a scalable, portfolio-wide change management strategy focused on cumulative organizational impact
- Design mechanisms to identify, assess, and manage change signals across concurrent initiatives
- Integrate change management practices into planning, governance, prioritization, and delivery workflows
- Establish operating models that improve visibility into readiness, sequencing, adoption risk, and capacity impacts
- Enable Technical Program Managers and delivery leaders to embed change impact analysis into execution practices
- Develop toolkits, frameworks, and sustainable enablement resources for enterprise-wide adoption
- Drive stakeholder alignment across executive leadership, product, engineering, and partner organizations
- Coach program and delivery leaders on change readiness, communication planning, and organizational impact assessment
- Create escalation and engagement models to address high-impact or high-risk change areas
- Influence decision-making in ambiguous, fast-paced enterprise environments without formal authority
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise program management and organizational change leadership, with a strong ability to operate at scale across complex, multi-stream transformation environments. You are confident influencing senior stakeholders and building structured systems in highly ambiguous contexts.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, enterprise transformation, or organizational change leadership roles
- Proven track record leading change management across large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives
- Experience operating at a portfolio level across multiple concurrent transformation programs
- Strong ability to design scalable change management frameworks, operating models, and governance structures
- Expertise in managing cumulative or overlapping organizational change impacts
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience embedding change management into planning, delivery, and governance processes
- Ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Experience developing enablement materials, toolkits, and sustainable change practices
- Strong analytical and organizational thinking, with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable plans
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) is an asset
