
The Senior Program Manager - Engineering Transformation. is a senior technical role within the OFSE Central Technology Team This position is responsible for defining, evaluating, and executing enterprise‑wide digital engineering transformation initiatives. The role partners with senior leadership, engineering teams, IT, and strategic suppliers to deploy advanced digital design, simulation, artificial intelligence, and engineering data platforms that improve productivity, quality, and time‑to‑market across the OFSE portfolio.
You will work in an innovative and technically challenging environment alongside a diverse team of highly skilled professionals advancing scientific computing, artificial intelligence, and digital design. Through strong customer focus, collaboration, creative thinking, disciplined execution, and technology scouting, the team delivers digital engineering platforms that support development of next‑generation, clean, affordable energy technologies.
As a Senior Project Engineer – Engineering Transformation, you will play a key role in driving enterprise digital engineering adoption and governance. You will lead technical evaluations, support strategy and roadmap execution, manage complex transformation projects, and engage directly with engineering, IT, suppliers, and executive stakeholders.
