It is in the area of Body & Comfort E/E domain that we are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Senior Program Manager - Embedded SW & Toolchain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of ~30 embedded SW engineers into the future to lead in car SW and customer's digital experiences through entrepreneurial thinking, e.g., by envisioning new workflows that accelerate SW delivery to customer, etc.
  • Lead the team's collective performance by directing mid- and short-term goals, by facilitating individual goal agreements and by driving results throughout the year.
  • Enable individual team member learning and development.
  • Foster a positive, open and forward-thinking working environment for the team that promotes accountability, learning, innovation, motivation and excellence.
  • Lead the team's operations.
  • Lead strategic and/or transformational initiatives within the department and within organization to drive change and to improve continuously.
  • Collaborate across departments, centers and borders to improve organizational effectiveness and to drive results for the company.
Qualifikationen

Necessary qualification

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science or similar field.
  • Demonstrated history of successful results in embedded SW development.

Preferred qualification

  • Proficiency in embedded SW development and testing tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Synopsys TPT, Git, MXAM, etc.
  • Proficiency in agile way of working.
  • Familiarity in ASPICE process assessment framework.
