About the Senior Program Manager - Dynamic Revenue Plus role…

Dynamic Revenue+ (DR+) is SiteMinder’s next-generation Revenue Management solution, helping hotels optimize pricing through data-driven recommendations and automation. As Program Manager – Strategy & Operations, you will play a critical role in driving execution across Product, Engineering, Revenue Management, Commercial, Customer Success and Marketing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex cross-functional problems, and combines strong analytical capabilities with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will act as the operational backbone of the DR+ business, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed efficiently while providing leadership with meaningful business insights.

What you’ll do…

Strategic Program Management

  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across the DR+ business.

  • Translate business objectives into actionable cross-functional execution plans.

  • Build and manage quarterly operating plans, OKRs and initiative roadmaps.

  • Monitor delivery timelines, identify execution risks, and proactively drive resolution.

  • Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, Commercial and Customer Success teams

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Coordinate initiatives involving Product Management, Engineering, Revenue Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance.

  • Facilitate regular governance meetings and executive reviews.

  • Drive accountability across stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

  • Ensure timely communication and alignment across global teams.

Business Performance & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards tracking key business metrics.

  • Analyze trends across customer adoption, product usage, commercial performance and operational efficiency.

  • Generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Track initiative outcomes against predefined success metrics.

Product Launch & Operational Readiness

  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness for new feature launches and market rollouts.

  • Manage pilot programs and beta customer engagements.

  • Ensure operational processes, documentation and enablement materials are completed prior to launch.

Customer & Market Insights

  • Partner with Customer Success and Revenue Management teams to capture customer feedback.

  • Identify recurring customer pain points and improvement opportunities.

  • Support prioritization of enhancements based on customer and commercial impact

Executive Reporting

Prepare high-quality materials for:

  • Monthly Business Reviews & Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Leadership updates

  • Strategic planning sessions

  • Business cases

What you have…

  • Vast Experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy or Consulting.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (SQL proficiency is a plus).

  • Experience using BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs.

  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred

  • Experience in Hospitality Technology, SaaS, TravelTech or Revenue Management.

  • Understanding of hotel commercial operations and revenue management concepts.

  • MBA or equivalent business qualification.

  • Experience working with Agile product development teams.
