As a Senior Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving decisions to keep programmes on track. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and consistent execution across initiatives.

In this role, you will contribute to how Commerce operates at scale by introducing structured ways of working and improving delivery standards. You will use data to inform decisions, communicate effectively across technical and leadership audiences, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.

• <point>Defining and improving Commerce delivery frameworks, including playbooks, checklists, RACI structures, and risk tracking.</point>
• <point>Identifying Commerce partners and payment solutions, supporting cost optimisation through financial modelling and analysis.</point>
