Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Program Management

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic transformation programs supporting business operations and supply chain objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Coordinate activities across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales, and Business Units.
  • Drive governance reviews and ensure accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
  • Support PMO standards, methodologies, metrics, and best practices.

S&OP and Integrated Business Planning Support

  • Support the maturation of enterprise S&OP and IBP processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional demand and supply review meetings.
  • Track action items, decisions, and performance metrics arising from consensus planning processes.
  • Facilitate alignment between Sales, Business Lines, Operations, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting packages.

Business Process Transformation

  • Lead business process mapping and redesign initiatives.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects focused on forecasting accuracy, inventory visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define future-state operating models.

Technology and Systems Deployment

  • Partner with IT teams to define business requirements and process specifications.
  • Support implementation of enterprise planning, analytics, and supplier collaboration platforms.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training activities, and deployment of readiness reviews.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Supplier Collaboration and Data Management

  • Assist in developing supplier communication and collaboration processes.
  • Support implementation of supplier data exchange initiatives.
  • Monitor supplier response performance and data quality metrics.
  • Partner with procurement, planning, and operations teams to improve supply chain visibility.

Data Quality and Analytics

  • Maintain program performance dashboards and executive scorecards.
  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and trends.
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) improvement initiatives.
  • Drive data governance and process adherence across participating functions.

Change Management and Organizational Adoption

  • Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
  • Coordinate training and adoption activities for new processes and systems.
  • Monitor adoption of metrics and escalate organizational barriers.
  • Facilitate workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 8-12 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional programs in technology, semiconductors, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving enterprise process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with global teams and complex stakeholder structures.

Technical Knowledge

  • Understanding S&OP, IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes.
  • Experience with ERP, planning, analytics, or supply chain management systems.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and project management software.

Education & Certifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or Engineering required.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS/ASCM (CPIM/CSCP), Prosci, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desired.

Pay Range:

P80-USA-1 :$149,900.00 - $214,150.00
