Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a Senior Program Manager, AI Enablement to facilitate enterprise AI initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving the safe, scalable, and value-focused adoption of AI technologies by establishing governance frameworks, operating standards, enablement programs, and measurable business outcomes.
This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams, translating AI strategy into structured, repeatable programs that align with the company’s enterprise AI roadmap. The role requires balancing innovation with governance, ensuring AI technologies deliver measurable value while managing risk, compliance, and operational impact.
This is a highly visible senior individual contributor role with enterprise-wide scope and regular interaction with Senior Management level leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead execution of enterprise AI initiatives across multiple business functions
Convert approved AI use cases into structured programs with defined scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans
Ensure predictable, repeatable execution aligned with the enterprise AI roadmap
Establish standards, guardrails, and practical guidance for AI usage across the organization
Partner with HR to support AI literacy, training, and safe-use enablement programs
Serve as a trusted advisor to teams adopting AI tools and solutions
Drive business-focused AI adoption centered on measurable outcomes
Define and track program-level ROI, including cost savings, productivity gains, and revenue impact
Partner with business leaders to establish baseline metrics and post-deployment success measurements
Prepare executive-level updates on program progress, outcomes, risks, and business impact
Ensure accountability for delivery outcomes and measurable value realization
Own the enterprise AI Enablement operating model in partnership with AI Champions across the organization
Establish intake, prioritization, and sequencing processes for AI use cases based on ROI, scalability, and strategic alignment
Translate AI policies into clear, practical guidance for employees and leadership teams
Partner closely with Legal, HR, and IT Security to ensure responsible and compliant AI adoption
Lead standardization of AI program templates, reporting, governance processes, and best practices
Ensure AI usage aligns with approved tools, architectural standards, data handling requirements, and enterprise security policies
Support governance across AI risk domains including data privacy, security, bias, IP protection, and regulatory considerations
Act as the connective tissue between business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders
Drive transparency, alignment, and execution discipline across Product Delivery, Revenue Generation, and Business Performance functions
Support enterprise-wide adoption and change management efforts related to AI enablement
Reinforce a culture of responsible, scalable, and value-driven AI adoption
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology enablement, enterprise program management, or related fields
Demonstrated experience supporting or leading enterprise AI initiatives, including generative AI and automation programs
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts including large language models, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and AI-enabled productivity solutions
Experience defining, measuring, and reporting business ROI for technology or AI initiatives
Strong understanding of enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and AI policy considerations
Familiarity with AI risk domains including privacy, security, bias, IP protection, and regulatory requirements
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives with executive visibility
Experience driving adoption of new technologies across diverse business teams
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational influence skills
Ability to translate technical AI concepts and risks into practical guidance for non-technical audiences
Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, consultants, or AI partners
This is a hybrid role
Base Pay
Expected Base Pay Range: $135,500 to $177,500 Annualized
The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
In addition to base pay, compensation for this position includes eligibility for certain Bonuses.

Topcon time off policies can vary as well as roles which are exempt or non-exempt. For hourly (“non-exempt”) employees, we offer personal paid time off which accrues in accordance with local standards. For salaried (“exempt”) employees, we offer a flexible paid time off policy giving you flexibility to take time when needed, while supporting business needs. All paid time off policies are in accordance with or exceeding local law. Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for our Health and Welfare benefit package.
