Senior People Program Manager to join the People Strategy & Operations team on a 4-month contract. This is an execution PM role, not a thought partnership or strategy role. We are looking for a do'er: someone who can jump in and bring projects to life. M&A experience is a plus.
You'll plug into active workstreams, execute with rigor and speed, and help build documentation and infrastructure the permanent team can sustain. You're someone who gets up to speed fast, doesn't need hand-holding, and adds value from day one.

Senior-level People Program Manager.
Demonstrated success leading HR and People programs across large organizations.
Strong operator who is comfortable building plans, documentation, and governance structures.
Self-starter who requires little direction.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Strong written communication and executive presentation skills.
Able to leave behind sustainable processes, templates, and documentation.
Experience managing organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Avoid
Candidates who are primarily strategic advisors without hands-on execution experience.
Candidates requiring significant onboarding, coaching, or project structure from the team.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
