WDS plays a critical role in driving Microsoft's revenue, profitability, and platform growth by shaping the device ecosystem across OEMs, channels, distributors, resellers, and silicon partners.
As part of the WDS Pricing, Deals & Investments organization, the Programs, Licensing & Policy team owns the design, governance, compliance, and execution of Microsoft's Windows partner investment and licensing programs. The team works across Sales, Marketing, Category, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to create scalable frameworks that enable growth while protecting Microsoft through strong governance and operational discipline.
We are expanding our Commercial initiatives and establishing a new Senior Program Manager role focused on building the programmatic structure that enables Microsoft's Enterprise growth motions at scale.
As Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Program Management & Commercial Offers, you will be responsible for designing, launching, governing, and continuously improving the commercial programs & deals, operating models, and compliance frameworks that support Microsoft's commercial device strategy worldwide.
This role plays a foundational role in building scalable, repeatable, and policy-aligned mechanisms that enable enterprise deal execution.
Importantly, this role is not responsible for prioritizing, negotiating, approving, or managing individual enterprise opportunities. Instead, this role is responsible for designing and operating the program governance, compliance, licensing, and operational frameworks that enable enterprise deal execution globally.
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
