A Senior Program Manager to provide guidance and support to PACOM 5G executive staff on goals, objectives, and strategies, and plans for integration and operations; evaluate proposed and existing 5G systems and networks and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and goals.
Provide comprehensive program coordination supporting program priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, business, test, and operations, to integrate system components seamlessly.
Support in understanding, tailoring, and meeting the intent of innovative DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to PACOM 5G executive staff on goals, objectives, and strategies, and plans for integration and operations; evaluate proposed and existing 5G systems and networks and related technologies
Assist in the generation of or generate plans, technical reports, position papers, and other correspondences in support of PACOM 5G mission
Participate and/or represent the PACOM 5G when requested by the Program Executive or Executive Program Manager
Provide guidance and support to other PACOM 5G initiatives, projects, and programs as identified by the PACOM 5G Executive Program Manager and Program Executive
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of 5G operators in the PACOM AOR to support the integration and operations in the region of OUSW/PACOM 5G Operational Development West of the International Date Line (OD-WIND) / OUSW(R&E) FutureG office
Knowledge of 5G systems and networks architectures, 5G core technologies, 5G Interoperability, 5G cyber security technologies, related advanced technologies, DoW and industry technology innovation, development, evaluation, and transition practices
Clearance:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance of Top Secret
Experience:
20+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry in the Pacific
Experience working with the DoW
Education: Bachelor’s degree

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster alignment among diverse, geographically separated teams.
Ability to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, reports, and summary papers; explain complex concepts in relatively simple language; summarize key decisions; and provide recommendations supported by analysis.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing plans and a high-paced day-to-day workload.
