Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead mid-to-large scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and can drive impactful business outcomes across clinical, operational, and IT domains.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs and initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, clinical, operational, and IT areas
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality expectations
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, with clear mitigation plans
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and leadership teams
• Deliver executive-level reporting and communicate program health/status
• Oversee budget tracking and resource planning
• Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder reviews
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Mentor junior Project Managers and promote PM best practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
• Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Skilled in risk management, problem solving, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and PM tools
• Healthcare industry experience (preferred)
• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
