Program Integrator Level 3 (PI3)

Senior Program & Financial Management Leader | Hiring Bonus Eligible

Are you a seasoned program professional who can operate confidently at the executive level while maintaining precision in financial execution and resource planning? We are seeking a Program Integrator Level 3 (PI3) to provide senior-level program, financial, and action-item support within a high-visibility customer environment.

This role requires the ability to engage directly with senior executives, translate complex financial and programmatic data into clear insights, and ensure disciplined execution across cost, schedule, and performance baselines.

Sign-on bonuses available for highly qualified candidates.

The PI3 will provide comprehensive program control, financial analysis, and executive reporting support to Government Program Managers (GPMs) and initiative leads. You will serve as a critical integrator - ensuring funding alignment, execution transparency, staffing visibility, and decision-ready reporting.

    • Statements of Work (SOWs)

    • Program Management Plans (PMPs)

    • Risk Management Plans

    • Acquisition Strategies

  • Perform risk assessments and support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

  • Support contract action readiness and document tracking for acquisition milestones.

Cost, Schedule & Performance Oversight

  • Ensure execution within approved cost, schedule, and performance baselines.

  • Utilize program management tools (e.g., Plan-It, MS Excel) to document and track program execution.

  • Monitor burn rates and funding projections across multiple contracts.

  • Identify execution risks and areas of concern, including funding delays or projected overruns.

Advanced Reporting & Data Analytics

The PI3 will develop recurring executive-level reporting, including:

  • Bi-weekly execution reports by program (funding status by appropriation and source)

  • Bi-weekly cost estimating and burn rate projections

  • Budget vs. projected cost variance analysis

  • Contracts funding run-out tracking and period of performance monitoring

  • Staffing reports for LOE contracts, including:

    • Current and projected staffing

    • Open positions and hiring status

    • Period-of-performance projections

  • Contract readiness schedules for active contract actions

  • Identification of execution risks and funding shortfalls

Strong data visualization skills are essential. You will leverage MS Excel (pivot tables, slicers, pivot charts) to present complex financial and program data clearly and effectively.

Required Qualifications
