
The State Energy Program Director must be located in Texas and will be responsible for launching and delivering a state HOMES and HEAR program. The Director will work closely with the National Director and Program Directors to oversee, coordinate, and drive strategic initiatives within the program in addition to providing oversight of day-to-day operations. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that requires exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills. The Director will be responsible for on-time delivery of program launch and execution of goals while providing high quality work aligned to U.S. Department of Energy requirements. The Director will also be responsible for managing subcontractors to ensure a seamless implementation team.

The State Energy Program Director will provide leadership to the implementation team and be a main point of contact to the client. This role will lead a team to proactively collaborate to define and implement strategies and campaigns around key client drivers, with the primary focus of delivering projects in the market that meet U.S. Department of Energy and State Energy Office governance and program requirements, exceed expectations and drive market transformation.

What you can expect from APTIM:
As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year. Compensation depends on several factors including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the position, client requirements, external market competitiveness, and internal equity among other employees within APTIM.
