Job Summary:

The Program Coordinator role is designed for an aspiring project manager looking to break into the field and grow into full-scale project ownership.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Task & Schedule Control: Maintains the Master Task List (MTL), tracking project deliverables, milestones, and project schedules to ensure team alignment and timely execution.
  • Meeting & Action Item Management: Facilitates project cadences by documenting meeting minutes, assigning action items, and proactively monitoring their completion across cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Coordination: Coordinates weekly status updates, technical briefs, Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), and stakeholder engagements across government customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Operations & Resource Tracking: Assists with project financials and resource planning through labor forecasting, supports travel coordination, and tracks evolving project requirements.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintains centralized project documentation, repositories, and workflows using SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline and 8 years of experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, additional experience is required and will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • Four (4) years' experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities
  • Strong experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Security Clearance Requirement – Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Pay Range:

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
