MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL This position is on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Senior Program Analyst provides strategic support and leadership in program operational tasking, including Task Order (TO)-level deliverables, the development of comprehensive briefs and agendas for customer-facing meetings, and the proactive maintenance and updating of operations schedules and customer data calls
  • They have Program Management experience in conjunction with Communications Officer experience at the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) level supporting ~48K personnel across all subordinate levels.
  • They demonstrate advanced proficiency in data entry and management, meticulous tracking and accountability of personnel, strategic scheduling, complex travel arrangements, visa processing, and the streamlined issuance of Letters of Authorization (LOA) and Common Access Cards (CAC)
  • Possess exceptional administrative and personnel management skills, with a proven ability to strategically prioritize work tasks in alignment with internal processes and procedures. Support travel coordination and reporting
  • Proactively engage with key TO stakeholders, ensuring required deliverables are tracked, updated, and delivered on schedule
  • Assist with short-term support requirements across the TO, leveraging their experience to anticipate needs and provide timely solutions. Lead initiatives to create and enhance procedures and processes at the program and regional levels, driving continuous improvement
  • Provide expert guidance and oversight throughout the entire lifecycle of contracts, including the detailed review of contract documents, such as terms and conditions, scope of work, deliverables, and pricing. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to Junior Program Analysts, fostering their professional development and contributing to team excellence

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in field necessary to assume Senior Program Analyst III duties a degree can be substituted for additional experience.
  • High School and 4 years of additional experience
  • Associate’s degree and 2 years of additional experience
  • A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
  • Nine (9) or more years of total professional experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience working as a Program Analyst or in a related role. (Providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s). Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents; implementing and maintaining office systems, schedules, and calendars; handling incoming mail and other material; setting up and maintaining file systems; collating information; and maintaining databases. Operating office equipment and managing office space. )

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management or related field. Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s).
  • Experience in preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents; implementing and maintaining office systems, schedules, and calendars; handling incoming mail and other material; setting up and maintaining file systems; collating information; and maintaining databases. Experience operating office equipment and managing office space.
  • Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be eligible for or have a current/active Secret Eligible clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
