
Senior PMR - Vaccines Unit – Morocco

Responsibilities
Promote and detail our company’s vaccines portfolio to healthcare professionals including pediatricians, gynecologists, general practitioners, pharmacists, etc.
Create, monitor, and continuously revise territory action plans to generate a robust and sustainable sales opportunity.
Own and be fully accountable for the achievement of pre‑set: monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory, using disciplined execution, prioritization, and rigorous account and customer follow‑up.
Responsible for sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers, ensuring effective pre-call planning and post-call follow-up.
Respond to customer questions and provide accurate, balanced and compliant scientific and product information.
Plan, conduct, and execute high quality, impactful HCP meeting by delivering relevant, scientific, and value-based discussions that address HCP needs and support vaccine recommendation and utilization.
Manage stakeholders and customer relationships on their defined calling lists, building strong partnerships.
Effectively build rapport with customers by probing for needs, handling objections, and recommending appropriate solutions aligned with patient outcomes and business objectives.
Responsible for product scientific detailing and differentiation during calls with customers.
Proactively assess and define challenges at the territorial level and pitch to management for potential solutions.
Apply strong analytical capability in analyzing/tracking and optimizing accounts/customers consumption and VCRs.
Lead key strategic territorial or national customer engagement initiatives from shaping to execution.
Explore partnership initiatives with assigned customers/accounts to develop and implement programs to support inclusion and utilization of the franchise portfolio.
Present quarterly territorial reviews to the manager for designated territories including customers, sales, and resources.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies, including ethical promotion practices.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, preferably in vaccines or pharmaceutical products.
Strong knowledge of vaccines, immunization schedules, and infectious diseases.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
Competent presentation skills.
Self-motivated and energetic with a drive to excel. Proactive approach to solutions.
Strong analytical and sales analysis skills.
