Job Description

Nike is looking for a passionate and consumer-obsessed marketer to join the France Integrated Retail Marketing team. In this role, you'll help bring Nike's brand and seasonal priorities to life across the French retail marketplace, with a primary focus on key wholesale partners and assigned accounts.

You'll translate brand strategies into integrated marketplace plans, creating impactful retail experiences and connected consumer journeys that strengthen the Nike brand while delivering mutual success with our retail partners. Working across functions and channels, you'll help shape how consumers experience Nike at some of our most important points of purchase.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Based in Paris, you'll be part of the France Integrated Retail Marketing team. You'll work closely with teams across Brand Marketing, EMEA Retail Brand, Sales, Sports Marketing, Communications, and Marketplace Partners.

As a Senior Professional, Integrated Retail Marketing, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to create impactful retail experiences, localized storytelling, and marketplace activation plans across Nike's retail ecosystem. A key part of the role will be partnering closely with assigned wholesale accounts to develop and execute integrated account marketing strategies that align business priorities with Nike's brand vision.

You'll report directly to the Manager, Integrated Retail Marketing.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a strategic, consumer-obsessed marketer who can translate Nike's brand priorities into sharp marketplace plans and partner-led retail experiences.

You'll create holistic and integrated marketplace and account marketing strategies across Nike's Sport Offense, including omni-channel retail, integrated media, sports marketing, and energy.

You'll thrive in matrixed environments, foster effective teamwork, and drive clarity and accountability.

YOU'LL BRING:

• Strong experience in retail, marketplace, account, or brand marketing.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and the retail landscape.
• Ability to develop integrated marketing plans that connect brand priorities with commercial opportunities.
• Strong understanding of omni-channel retail and consumer journeys.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
• Passion for sport, youth culture, and the evolving consumer landscape.
• Fluent in English and French.
  

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• You'll turn seasonal strategies into integrated account marketing plans that connect Nike's brand priorities with partner needs, city moments, and retail execution.
• You'll lead retail brand executions across assigned wholesale accounts.
• You'll help shape the consumer journey from brief to post-campaign learning.
• You'll translate global, EMEA, and local strategies into relevant retail storytelling and consumer experiences.
• You'll partner with all functions on priorities, timelines, budgets, and execution standards.
• You'll develop strong relationships with partner marketing counterparts to unlock shared opportunities, consumer insights, and marketplace impact.
• You'll track performance and learnings to optimize future initiatives, strengthen marketing effectiveness, and scale best practices across the marketplace.
