De functie is een voltijd baan van maandag tot vrijdag. Het liefst 5 dagen per week op de locatie in Gouda (minimaal 4 dagen per week). Deze functie maakt deel uit van de Cargill Bioindustrial business (CBI). CBI is een onderdeel van Cargill dat industriele toepassingen maakt vanuit plantaardige olieen, bedoeld voor dielektrische vloeistoffen, smeermiddelen voor auto's, coatings en cosmetica.
In deze rol werk je samen met belangrijke stakeholders op de locatie in Gouda om onze strategie voor mensen en cultuur te stimuleren. Dit doe je door uitvoering te geven aan complexe projecten om de prestaties en betrokkenheid te verbeteren met strategische personeelsplanningen, Ontwikkelprogramma’s en talentontwikkeling. Daarnaast houdt je je bezig met ondersteunen van leidinggevenden in complexere individuele vraagstukken, contact met ondernemingsraad en de onderhandelingen met vakbonden voor onze eigen ondernemings cao.
De functiehouder is een individuele medewerker en zal rapporteren aan de Global Senior HR Director - Cargill Bioindustrial. Tevens ben je onderdeel van het lokatie managementteam.
