Responsibilities:

Main Responsibility

• Lead architecture and design for SAP BW and SAC solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy.
• Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and integration patterns within SAP BW.
• Configure and manage SAC for planning, reporting, and predictive analytics use cases.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across SAP data landscapes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Enable AI/ML integration with SAP Analytics Cloud for advanced insights.
• Monitor and optimize performance of BW queries and SAC dashboards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.

Additional Responsibility

• Support roadmap planning for SAP data and analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to best practices, templates, and accelerators for SAP BW and SAC.
• Assist in tool evaluations and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement in data architecture and analytics processes.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• SAP certifications in BW/4HANA or SAC are highly desirable.

Professional Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in SAP BW and SAC implementations.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL, and reporting in SAP BW.
• Experience integrating SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources.

Specialized Knowledge

• SAP BW/4HANA architecture, modeling, and performance optimization.
• SAP Analytics Cloud configuration, story building, and predictive features.
• Data governance and security concepts within SAP environments.
• Integration of SAP BW with external systems and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in analytics solutions.

Languages

• Professional proficiency in English (required).
• German or additional languages are advantageous.
