Job Description

The Testing Engineer is responsible for localizing tester manufactures andtester delivery chain, and upgrading and maintaining production test systems to ensure production line quality and traceability. This role participates in solution development from the early phases of solution creation, including test platform design for manufacturing, and drives the harmonization of product testing processes.

Responsibilities and key activities required (additional to role description)

• Communicate and follow global testing strategy and target for continue improvement of production testing.
• Handle and drive localization of tester manufactures andtester delivery chain. It includes PCBA test fixtures, PCBA function tester and module function tester etc..
• Test sequence or fixture update or modification for new product or CRs/project
• Upgrading and maintaining production test systems to ensure production line quality and traceability
• Production test equipment management and maintenance
• Continue to improve production testing efficiency and quality
• Troubleshoot field issues and support development teams in quick resolution
• Assist the production teams in reproducing, analyzing the defects.
•Supporttesting trainingas needed
•Follow up KON safety policy

Competence & qualification requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Electrical/Electronic)
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience from electrical testing and commission engineering activities
3. Self-motivated, task driven, high degree of integrity, sense of responsibility
4. Proficient in computer maintenance/backup/upgrade knowledge and ,Labviewer is preferred
5. Familiar with Digitalization, IOT,MES or equivalent system
6. Sound PC skills; knowledge of production methods process.
7. Fluent both in speaking and written English

Professional requirements
1. Project management skills and experience
2. Knowledge & experience of NI, PLC, Labview
3. Knowledge of CAD,AI is preferred
4. Knowledge of manufacturing engineering systems and tools
