1、本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先;
2、熟悉Lean、质量管控、现场管理等知识或技能:
3、英语听说读写良好，能使用英语进行沟通;
4、项目管理能力，良好的冲突管理能力;
5、良好的问题分析和解决能力，逻辑思维能力，良好的沟通、协调和推动改善能力;及不怕困难，勇于
接受挑战和承担责任。
