This positionis responsible forthe supervision ofproductionTeam Members for quality safety and anyadditionalassignmentsdeemedappropriate bymanagement for this position. The individual in this position must work closely with the management team in achievingobjectives; accept full accountability assignments and day-to-day departmentresponsibility; must be a team player; Ensure compliance with all human resource and safetypolicies, food safety, sanitation, and all other duties asdeterminedby management.
Hours: 1:00 PM–11:00 PM; scheduled hours may vary based on business needs and may include weekend shifts.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual skills helpful
Computer Skills:Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Projectand Power Point.
Supervisory Skills:This person is responsible forsupervising a group of team members who perform various production tasks or activities.
Special Skills:Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; strong work ethicand ability to work with minimal supervision; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Travel:Some travel is required This could be to other facilities or to corporate.
