As the Production Quality Manager for GE Vernova's Fuel Component Operations (FCO), you will lead the team that makes sure every component we manufacture meets the highest standards in one of the world's most regulated industries. This is a senior leadership role with real accountability: 15 direct reports, a cross-functional scope, and direct engagement with customers and regulators. This is a fully onsite position.
As a People Leader, you will own the quality function for FCO end-to-end — from strategy to shop floor — while developing the team, the systems, and the culture that sustain it.
You are a quality leader who combines technical depth with the ability to build trust — with your team, your customers, and your regulators. You are equally comfortable reviewing a quality procedure and standing in front of a regulatory audit team.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
