Job Description

Asegurar la planeación efectiva de la producción, materiales y/o demanda mediante análisis avanzado de información, balanceo de capacidad y alineación con Supply Chain, Producción y Ventas, garantizando niveles óptimos de servicio, inventario y costos.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Desarrollar, mantener y ejecutar planes de producción, materiales o demanda a mediano y largo plazo.
  • Analizar pronósticos de demanda y convertirlos en planes viables de suministro y producción.
  • Coordinarse con Producción, Compras, Logística, Ingeniería y Ventas para asegurar factibilidad del plan.
  • Liderar procesos de S&OPo participar activamente como experto de planeación.
  • Monitorear y optimizar niveles de inventario (MP, WIP, PT).
  • Identificar riesgos de suministro y proponer planes de mitigación.
  • Forecast Accuracy
  • Adherencia al plan
  • Ejecutar análisis de capacidad (máquina, mano de obra, proveedores).
  • Implementar mejoras a procesos de planeación y estandarización.
