We are looking for aSenior Production Managerto join our commercial post-production team - someone who can confidently lead projects from the first brief all the way to final delivery
Acting as the driving force behind projects - leading and managing them end-to-end
Owning timelines, budgets, and delivery expectations with precision
Communicating with clients, external vendors, and internal creative teams (editing, VFX, grading)
Ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and keeping everyone aligned
Overseeing project administration (purchase orders, contracts, invoicing) with attention to detail
Contributing to campaigns for both local and international brands
Proven experience in production within TV, online, or commercial environments (senior-level experience required)
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions
High level of ownership, responsibility, and a proactive mindset
Solid English communication skills
Understanding of post-production workflows (offline/online, VFX, grading) is highly preferred
