Step into Impact: Senior Production Manager, Component
Join a pivotal production leadership role where you take ownership of component manufacturing operations in Xi’an. You will lead a capable team, ensure products are delivered with the right quality, on time, and at competitive cost, while continuously improving efficiency and processes. Imagine driving operational excellence while shaping production strategy and developing people. Job Responsibility:

• You will define and manage department KPIs and action plans, ensuring both strategic and operational targets are successfully achieved through strong teamwork and resource allocation
• You will lead component production operations, ensuring qualified manufacturing, on-time delivery, and cost competitiveness
• You will drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency, optimizing manufacturing processes and maintaining smooth production flow
• You will ensure HSE compliance, maintaining safe operations and eliminating risks across both in-house production and customer service activities
• You will lead team management and development, including target setting, performance evaluation, recruitment, and capability building

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 8 years of management experience in manufacturing or production
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written and spoken
• Solid analytical skills with strong problem-solving capability and hands-on experience in production management
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 systems
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
