Job Description

Driven by our “Lead Beyond” strategic intent for North Asia, the President’s Office plays a critical role in connecting regional leadership strategy with clarity, alignment, and disciplined follow-through. As the region navigates increasing complexity and ambition, high-quality leadership communication serves as a key strategic enabler to translate decisions and business priorities into compelling, coherent, and action-oriented narratives.

Operating at the intersection of strategic planning, visual storytelling, and brand governance, this role supports the President’s Office in shaping high-impact presentations and materials for senior stakeholders. Beyond production and design excellence, this position requires business sensitivity, discretion, and the ability to synthesize complex, confidential information into elegant, influential communication that reinforces a consistent voice across North Asia.

What impact you can create at Chanel

  • Establish & Govern Core Design Systems: Define and maintain approved design standards - including typography, color palettes, styles, and brand assets - ensuring absolute brand coherence across all leadership materials.
  • Streamline Presentation Workflows: Build scalable processes, user-friendly templates, and a centralized asset library (imagery, themes, graphic resources) to empower seamless slide creation and modification.
  • Drive End-to-End Presentation Design: Partner closely with team members to lead the end-to-end design, formatting, and timely delivery of high-visibility executive presentations.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute aesthetic sensibility and execution discipline to broader President’s Office projects, including regional event orchestration and bespoke gifting design.

You are energized by

  • Transforming Strategic Narratives: Converting complex business topics, data, and insights into clear, elegant, and compelling visual storytelling.
  • Enabling Key Leadership Moments: Bringing clarity, alignment, and impact to regional priorities by supporting senior leadership communications behind the scenes.
  • Refining Brand Aesthetics: Creating presentation systems and visual assets that reflect the high standards, refinement, and timeless codes of the House.
  • Structuring Regional Consistency: Establishing rhythm, structure, and continuous improvement in how strategic messages are cascaded across North Asia markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering seamlessly across teams to bring strategic ideas to life with project management discipline and high attention to detail.

What you will bring

  • Design & Aesthetic Excellence: A refined eye for clean, artful design and strong mastery of graphic fundamentals (typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, grid alignment, and composition).
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in presentation software, complemented by strong working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, or equivalent platforms.
  • Project Management & Stakeholder Agility: Strong organization, responsiveness, and calm under pressure, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines seamlessly.
  • Discretion & Business Sensitivity: Highest degree of maturity, ownership, and discretion when handling confidential, senior-level, and strategically sensitive materials.
