  • Partner with designers and creative leads to translate approved concepts into polished, production-ready outputs.
  • Support event-related production across signage, presentations, environmental graphics, digital screens, and supporting collateral.
  • Maintain organized working files, asset libraries, templates, and version control across projects and teams.
  • Contribute to workflow optimization, operational consistency, and production efficiencies across the creative organization.
  • Stay informed on evolving AI-enabled creative and production tools, identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and output quality while maintaining brand integrity and production standards.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint
  • Strong typography, layout, and production refinement skills across multiple formats.
  • Deep understanding of production workflows across print, digital, and presentation environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail across formatting, alignment, asset preparation, and final delivery.
  • Experience working within established brand systems and governance structures.
  • Strong file organization, template management, and version control practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, revision cycles, and stakeholder reviews under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in financial services or highly regulated industries

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Comfortable managing extensive revision cycles and evolving stakeholder feedback.
  • Ability to balance speed, precision, and consistency across high-volume workflows.
  • Highly organized, with disciplined process and file management practices.
