
About this role:
This position within the In-House Agency ( wellocreative.com) will deliver high-volume, production-ready creative that enables Wells Fargo marketing to scale across channels and audiences. This individual contributor will translate approved concepts into accurate, compliant assets that meet brand, legal, and accessibility standards. The person in this role will drive efficiency through data-driven production, automation, and reusable templates across print and digital ecosystems. This position will improve speed, quality, and consistency of personalized marketing outputs across enterprise platforms.
This role follows a hybrid work schedule and will office at 600 South 4th Street in Minneapolis, MN The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Graphic Designer.
In this role, you will:
High-Volume Production: Execute high-volume print and digital asset production (resizing, versioning, localization)
Asset Development: Convert approved concepts into compliant, production-ready assets
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet technical specs, accessibility standards, and channel guidelines
Personalization Design: Produce personalized assets using variable data, dynamic content, and modular systems
Data-Driven Design: Transform structured data and rules into scalable creative outputs
Cross-Channel Deployment: Execute asset deployment across email, web, CRM, social, and print
Asset Management: Maintain organized templates, files, and libraries for reuse and governance
Performance Optimization: Optimize assets for email, web, and CRM performance
Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to increase speed, quality, and consistency

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Graphic Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting large-scale marketing production across email, print, and digital channels
Experience using variable data and automation tools to produce personalized creative at scale (e.g., XMPie, InDesign data merge, or similar)
Experience translating structured data and logic into repeatable design systems and templates
Experience producing dynamic content for CRM and email platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience optimizing assets for HTML email and digital performance requirements
Experience applying AI tools to improve production efficiency and content adaptation at scale

600 South 4th Street - Minneapolis, MN ($75,000 to $114,000)
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
