About Our Company
We are a leading apparel marketer, manufacturer, and distributor
of owned, licensed, and private label brands. Brooklyn Cloth is our contemporary
streetwear brand, creating trend-driven apparel that delivers quality, comfort, and value.

Reporting to the Production Director, the Senior Production Coordinator will manage the
production process from purchase order through final delivery for assigned product
categories. This role partners with overseas factories and cross-functional teams to
ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve company
goals.

This position is based in our New York City office.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage the production lifecycle from purchase order through shipment.
 Communicate daily with overseas vendors to monitor production and resolve
issues.
 Maintain Time &Action (T&A) calendars and Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports.
 Coordinate sample approvals, production milestones, and delivery schedules.
 Partner with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising,
and Logistics throughout the production process.
 Review costing, monitor raw materials, and maintain production records.
 Ensure timely communication of production updates and warehouse delivery
dates.

Qualifications
 3+ years of apparel production experience.
 Experience working with overseas factories and vendors.
 Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with apparel ERP/PLM systems
(Simparel preferred) is a plus.
