About the Role

The Senior Production Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing a high volume of painting projects, schedules, and operational activities. This role requires close coordination with customers, painters, crew leaders, suppliers, and management to ensure projects are scheduled efficiently and completed smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, responsive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, practical problem-solving, and the ability to adapt quickly to scheduling changes are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate painting projects, painters, and work crews.
  • Manage and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Communicate with customers regarding project start dates, timelines, and scheduling changes.
  • Coordinate with painters, crew leaders, suppliers, and management to support smooth project delivery.
  • Adjust schedules in response to weather conditions, project delays, staffing concerns, and customer requests.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain accurate production records.
  • Help ensure an excellent customer experience from project scheduling through completion.
  • Support management with production-related tasks, coordination, and follow-ups.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in scheduling, logistics, dispatch, customer service, construction coordination, property management, or operations is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing schedules simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
  • Formal education or professional credentials are not required. Reliability, work ethic, ownership, and attitude are highly valued.
