Candidate will partner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business needs,identifyopportunities, and support the development of product strategy and solutions. This role combines business analysis, design thinking, and future-oriented strategic methods to help shape product direction,anticipatechange, and inform decision-making.

In this role, you will
Applyfuturesthinking, trend analysis, forecasting, data-driven predictive analytics, and innovation planning to supportbroaderbusiness strategy and decision-making.Collaboratewith business consultants to gatherindustryinsightto help shape forward-looking plans andidentifyemerging opportunities and risks.
Travel as required andpartner with business and cross-functional stakeholders to apply future-oriented analysis methods, using emerging trend assessment, scenario planning, and strategic insight generation to shape product strategy andanticipatefuture business needs.
Guideand managethe development, optimization andscaling upof various scientific IT solutions includingbusinessapplications, API, plugins etc
Collaborating withProduct Lineproduct managers and other stakeholders to contribute toproductsplanning and strategy. This includes providing input on feature prioritization, market opportunity assessments, andidentifyingareas for improvement or innovation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, engineers, and designers, to gather and document product requirements. This involves translating business needs into clearly defined and actionable specifications
Conduct Product and Problem discovery workshops with stakeholders and users from different business areas
Define the evolution of the existing products based on the company and business priorities
Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to by the product team; focus on Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and iterative, incremental delivery; manage backlog and measure value of the product; proactively manage and mitigate Project Risk
Required Experience and Skills:
BSc or MSc in related field with at least5years’ experience inPharmaindustry or academic settings
Future-oriented strategic thinking skills, with experience using structured methods toanticipatechange and inform decision-making
Product management experiencewith Design Thinking, Problem and Product discovery and UX methodologies
Ability to analyze emerging trends, potential market shifts, and external signals to support product strategy
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and high professional standards with strong ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Experience with end-to-end product delivery,AgileScrumdevelopment,softwarevalidationandSDLC best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally, as well as being self-driven and independent.
